Delivery Policy

Shipping Locations

We deliver across the United Kingdom and Europe.

If you require delivery outside these regions, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

During periods of high demand, processing times may vary. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.


Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Mainland: Estimated 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Europe: Estimated 3–7 working days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Halcyon Solutions NW Ltd.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and destination.

For larger commercial or pallet-sized orders, bespoke shipping quotes may apply.


Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If goods are damaged, incomplete or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at  info@halcyonsolutions.co.uk , including:

  • Your order number
  • Photographic evidence (where applicable)
  • Details of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of healthcare and packaging supplies, we operate a structured returns policy to ensure product integrity.


Returns Eligibility

We may accept returns where:

  • Goods are unused
  • Goods are in original, unopened packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items not in resale condition
  • Products returned without prior approval


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have supplied faulty or incorrect goods, we will:

  • Arrange replacement; or
  • Provide a refund; or
  • Offer a suitable resolution

Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Goods must be securely packaged
  • Refunds will be processed once items are inspected

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
